With
a view to obtain strong and even board, National has fabricated a
strongly built machine mounted on just two screws to press corrugated
sheets to different ply. The pressure on sheets is regularised by
spring action which gives an even impression to the pressed sheets.
This machine is
utilized for evenly setting of the corrugated sheets processed on the
pasting machine. This ensures removal of air bubble, thus producing an
even board without damaging the flutes. The machine is provided with
two limit switches and reversing starter to avoid any chances of
accident.
The machine is
heavy duty, fabricated from steel channels and angles and is given with
two long sturdy screws and worm gears. Electric Motor mounted on top.
Two strong springs are fitted for regularising and for even pressure on
the sheets. The up and down movements of pressing platform can be done
by reversible switch.
